AT&T U-verse Legal Details

AT&T U-verse TV: Pricing excludes taxes, fees and other charges, including city video cost-recovery fees, where applicable. Residential customers only. AT&T U-verse U100 TV: U100 TV service does not include DVR functionality with the receiver provided. A receiver with the DVR functionality is available for U100 TV service subscribers for an additional $15 per month.

HD Technology Fee: Subscription to an AT&T U-verse standard definition programming package required to receive HD service. HD channel availability varies by package(s) selected. Access to HD service requires $10/mo and HD Premium Tier available for an additional $7/mo. Channels not available in all areas. Local HD channels vary by market.

AT&T U-verse Mobile App: Pay per month download and watch capability available for select content and requires select devices, Wi-Fi connection, and monthly subscription fee. Downloaded shows are available for viewing for limited time periods. Standard data charges may apply.

Sports: Customers must subscribe to a U-verse programming package. Occasional sports programming in HD is not available 24/7 and is subject to in-market availability and blackouts. Note: Access to out of market regional sports channels does not provide access to out of markets games. Game availability is based on league guidelines and areas and are subject to blackout.

ESPN GamePlan/ESPN FULL COURT: Games telecast locally may also be included in ESPN GamePlan and ESPN FULL COURT. Game schedule, number of games and actual matchups are subject to change. Games subject to blackout. Subscriptions subject to applicable sales tax. Commercial locations require an appropriate license agreement.

On Demand/U-verse Movies: Customer responsible for applicable On Demand charges and surcharges. Once an On Demand is ordered, it cannot be cancelled by remote or customer care. The HD Technology Fee is not required to view HD Movies and Events On Demand. 3D On Demand: Requires a 3D TV and associated glasses in order to view the program in 3D.

Free and/or Premium On Demand: Free on Demand programming varies by package subscription. Subscription to appropriate package and HD Technology Fee is required to access FREE and/or PREMIUM HD On Demand titles.

Adult On Demand/Adult Programming: Must be 18 or older to order. You can use parental controls to restrict programming or filter by Rating. Customers must subscribe to a U-verse programming package.

Pay Per View: Event schedules subject to change. Once a Pay Per View is ordered, it cannot be cancelled by remote or customer care. You will be billed and the event will air on your television set. PPV can only be ordered through the on-screen guide. PPV events have a specific start and end time so customers need to view the event in the timeframe purchased.

Total Home DVR: Total Home DVR functionality is available on up to 8 TVs, and requires a receiver for each additional TV at $7/mo. DVR Package Offer is for U-family and above. DVR not included with U100 or U-basic packages. Four channels can be recorded to the DVR or viewed simultaneously, up to 2 can be HD subject to available.

Wireless Receiver: A one-time fee of $49, and monthly recurring fee of $7, per wireless receiver applies; power outlet and connection of receiver to TV required; Limit 2 per household; Go to att.com/freedom for details. Technical restrictions apply; may not be available to all customers.
